Get help with MyQuota
Most issues are one of the five below, and all five are self-serve. If none of them match, check limits worth knowing — some behaviour that looks broken is a deliberate trade-off. If it is neither, email us, but read the last section first: MyQuota has no account and no server logs, so the details you send are the only diagnostic we get. For how a provider's own usage limits actually work, rather than how MyQuota tracks them, see the guides.

Things MyQuota does not do
None of these are bugs, and none of them are going to change on their own. They are the trade-offs behind having no account and no server — worth knowing before you decide something is broken.
Watch it, or try it without installing
If something is not behaving the way you expect, comparing against a known-good run is often faster than describing it:
- The interactive playground runs the real popup and dashboard on simulated data. Drag the sliders to reproduce a state and see how it is supposed to look. It reads nothing from your accounts.
- The MyQuota YouTube channel has a full walkthrough of the popup and dashboard, feature by feature.
- The FAQ on the homepage covers what MyQuota tracks, which providers are supported, and how the reading works.

Write to myquotainfo@gmail.com. It is a small project, so replies are usually within a few days rather than a few hours.
What to include
MyQuota collects no telemetry and sends no crash reports, so nothing about your problem reaches us unless you type it out. A report with these five things is usually enough to reproduce and fix an issue in one round trip:
- Your browser and version — for example Chrome 131 on macOS 15.
- The MyQuota version — shown at the bottom of the extension's dashboard.
- Which provider the problem involves, and whether the others behave correctly.
- What you expected versus what you saw. "The Claude card shows 0% but claude.ai says I've used most of my session" is actionable; "it's broken" is not.
- Whether it survives a refresh — press Refresh in the popup and say whether the behaviour changed.
Before you attach a screenshot
Screenshots of the MyQuota popup or dashboard are welcome and genuinely useful. Screenshots of a provider's own site often capture prompt or conversation text along the edges — please crop those out. We do not want your conversation content, and MyQuota itself never stores or transmits it.
Why we cannot look it up for you
There is no MyQuota account, no server, and no database — your usage data exists only inside your own browser. That is the core design decision behind the product, described in full in the privacy policy. It also means there is no record on our side to inspect when something goes wrong, which is why the details above matter more than they would for a typical service.
